This is my most vulnerable podcast episode yet because I get real with you about what it is like to struggle in real time. This is not a research-backed “how-to” episode with 1 million and 1 tips & tricks. This is not a failure story shared in the context of success. This is a failure story that shows what it is like to be in the messy middle. To be in a place of uncertainty where you need to dig deep to find courage to loosen your grip & trust in the unfolding of your life.
In this episode I share about how I failed to get out of my fear-based mindset, to meet my goals and launch a business.
But I share the breakthroughs I had in my inner work that I know are leading me to my highest good.
What I want you to know is that: you are exactly where you need to be right now and one day it is all going to make sense. You cannot shame yourself into change, you can only love yourself into evolution.
